Dealerships & communities

Why work with us?

Mobile home dealerships and communities have unique challenges when bringing their clients through the purchasing process on their home.

In fact, we’ve learned that every business we work with has different needs. No matter what your specific needs are, we can partner with your business to ensure that those needs are addressed.

Our goals are to:

  • Align the services we provide with the needs of every business we work with.
  • Set processes that allow for minimal involvement from the business for each client, both before the installation and after.
  • Have a system for dealing with common questions, such as warranty and homeowner responsibilities, and for scheduling service work.
  • Establish relationships with our clients that last a lifetime.

Our goal is not to just be your HVAC vendor of choice, but to build long lasting relationships and make your clients our clients.

Ask Us About Our Warranty Options!

When our clients hear that the HVAC system has a warranty, they usually hear “everything is covered” for the duration of the warranty. While this used to be closer to the truth in the past, the manufacturers have been scaling back their warranties for years, leaving many clients frustrated when they find their warranty does not cover the total cost of repairs in most circumstances.

It is important to us that we give our clients options to protect themselves over the long term. We provide options to our clients that help ensure that their systems will stay running longer, and that their family is taken care of when they need service. That is why we are offering a labor warranty that works in tandem with the manufacturer’s part warranty to ensure that costly HVAC repairs don’t hit our clients financially when they’re least expecting it.

The Sound Comfort Club

Most people wait until their A/C breaks before they call someone out to service it. While this is the most obvious time to call an expert, this approach leads to higher repair bills, higher utility bills and lower comfort levels in their home.

Just like you have to take your car in to get the oil replaced or the brakes serviced, your A/C needs care and attention as well. During the hot summer days in Texas, your A/C system may be working up to 20 hours per day.

When you join the Sound Comfort Club, you are taking a more active approach to your comfort. Not only do you enjoy numerous benefits of membership, but your utility bills, repair costs and comfort levels will thank you for it.
